Family Feedback
360 Early Education encourages children, families, and community partners to share their experiences and engage in shared decision-making. Feedback can be provided through various avenues such as online platforms like Xplor, face-to-face interactions, formal feedback during family meetings, email or phone, and via our regular quarterly survey or Annual End of Year Surveys.

Measuring Parent Advocacy
To support our aspiration to be a 'Centre of Choice' for families, we regularly monitor how we are going against this aspiration. The key question we ask is how likely you are to recommend us to a friend or family member, on a scale of 1-10. In addition, we ask various 'diagnostic' questions to help as take action from survey responses.
We send 4 different surveys that reflect key points in a child's journey with 360.
1. New Family Survey - sent 3 weeks after starting
2. Family Check-in Survey - sent every 3 months
3. Room Transition Survey - sent 2 weeks after a child has transitioned to a new room

Annual Surveys
In addition to our 4 regular surveys that measure Parent Advocacy, once a year we also undertake a 'deeper dive' into all aspects of the service. This survey takes a little longer to complete, hence we only do it once a year. However, it is an invaluable tool for us to gather rich and detailed feedback which is crucial to our ability to reflect upon and continuously improve the service we deliver.

Google Reviews
Whilst we encourage families to share any complaints by raising any issues directly with the Centre Manager, as per our Feedback & Complaints policy, we do welcome any positive feedback that parents may have by leaving us a positive google review. Prospective families will often check our Google reviews before deciding whether or not to enrol at 360. As such we sincerely appreciate it when families take the time to leave us a positive review. Our Google review links are sent automatically after a family provides a 9 or 10 out of 10 rating in our regular surveys.
