This guide covers our billing cycle, accessing your financial statement, updating bank details, and additional fees throughout the year.

​​Your Financial Statement

​​Fees are charged 2 weeks in advance on a Friday. Fees are paid by direct debit using a third-party provider, DebitSuccess.

Credit card or bank account may be nominated. Surcharges are applied as follows:
- Bank account $0.99c
- Credit cards 2.66%
-  Amex 4.95%

If fees bounce, a dishonour fee of $19.95 will be charged by DebitSuccess. 

​​Your fortnightly fee statement is issued a few business days before the Friday Fortnightly Fee Run. Please check your email.

You can also download your statement using the Xplor Home app. Navigate to the 'Finance' tab under 'Account Summary'.

Your statements take into consideration the following:

1) Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
2) Multi-child subsidy
3) Preschool subsidy
4) Withholding and adjustment rates by Services Australia

​​How to Update your Bank Details

​​1. In your Xplor Home app, click on the 'Finance' tab.
2. Select the service.
3. Click the menu 'Set up Direct Debit'.

What to Bring

Additional Fees

- Underwear: $4. If required for accidents.
- Wet Bag: $20. If required for soiled clothing.
- Late Fees: Any pickup after 6pm will incur a $50 flat fee plus $1 per minute after 6pm.
